Overview
BunkerApp is an invite-only app for shared fuel tank operations. The app is intended for approved users within participating organizations.
Information we process
BunkerApp may process the following information:
- Account information such as email address, display name, first name, last name, and phone number.
- Organization membership, role, approval state, and app permissions.
- Fuel-related operational records such as deliveries, bunkering events, tank levels, comments, timestamps, and related boat names.
- Photos uploaded as part of delivery or bunkering documentation.
- Push notification device tokens if notifications are enabled.
- Basic technical metadata required to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How information is used
Information is used to:
- Authenticate users and protect invite-only access.
- Show shared fuel tank history and current operational state to approved users.
- Generate reports and support internal operational follow-up.
- Send relevant push notifications when enabled.
- Maintain security, auditability, and service reliability.
Sharing
BunkerApp data is shared only with approved users in the relevant organization or with service providers needed to operate the app. We do not sell personal data.
Storage and security
BunkerApp uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend services. Access is controlled with authenticated sessions, role-based app permissions, and database row-level security. Users should not upload unrelated personal or sensitive information.
Data retention and deletion
Operational records may be retained while needed for shared tank history, reporting, audit, and support. To request account deletion, profile correction, or data access, contact support.
